The successful applicant will be an enthusiastic Graduate Early Years practitioner who has the ability to balance fun with hard work in their lessons and effectively support the needs of a child with SEMH. The successful candidate will have an inclusive teaching/support style that will accelerate the development of every child they come into contact with. You will be a caring individual who has the EY knowledge that covers the full range of curriculum topics and teach/support creatively, with invention.
