You will hold a degree of at least a 2:1 in a core subject or in an extracurricular subject with strong knowledge and a determination to perfect your teaching ability.
About the Role
This Graduate Learning Support Assistant position involves supporting the teaching and learning within a specific class that will be decided nearer the time, based on your skill set, knowledge and previous experience across the key stage. You will also be required to teach small group focus sessions, created by the class teacher and encouraged to share your ideas that will be implemented into the class planning in order to maintain focus and enthused learning opportunities. You may also be required to teach interventions, taking on the responsibility to progress lower attaining students to achieving their individual targets.
