About the Geography Learning Mentor Role
At this growing school, as a Geography Teaching Assistant you will be joining a large Humanities Department. Your responsibilities will include coordinating groups of struggling or gifted pupils, working together with the class teacher to identify potential pupils who would benefit from extra-class support. Part of your role will include covering some KS3 lessons, learning a range of new skills from the respective class teacher in doing so.
