The ideal candidate will be an assertive graduate who has previous experience working with children who have special educational needs and earned a second class degree or better. The ideal individual should be able to use their friendly personality to develop strong working relationships with their colleagues, quickly becoming a popular member within this school community. About the Role for EYFS Learning Support Assistant
This EYFS Learning Support Assistant position involves working closely, on an individual basis, with a Nursery boy who has moderate speech and language difficulties. Part of your role will include Working under the direction of a HOD who is not only passionate about the subject, but also noticeably dedicated to the teaching profession. You will be adjusting your teaching style to the creative philosophy of the department.
