The Deputy Head Teacher has asked for my help to recruit 2 experienced SEN Teaching Assistant to work with them on a long term basis for this academic year with the potential for the placement to be extended. You will need to have experience working with SEN students and using PECs & Makaton. The ideal experienced SEN Teaching Assistant should be able to hit the ground running and have the ability to keep pupils motivated throughout the school day.
