English Teaching Assistant Specification
The ideal candidate will be a driven and enthusiastic English graduate who has a good understanding of how to work with young poeple, excellent communication skills and ambitions to become an outstanding teacher. You must have the skills to demonstrate your excellent subject knowledge and show your passion for education. Any experience working with children with EAL or SEN would be advantageous, to ensure you have an understanding of how to support pupils of all backgrounds and abilities to achieve their potential.
