You will be working with students on a 1:1 and a small group basis initially; helping to enhance the learning of the students within the English department. Creativity, adaptability and a passion for English are all vital skills in this role.
The school will be hoping that, in time, you will feel confident enough to team-teach/lead your own English classes independently to give you some experience of working as an English Teacher. From there, you can make an informed decision regarding the prospect of qualifying as an English Teacher yourself in the future!
