This role requires a purposeful graduate who has achieved a 2:1 or above in your degree and an unwavering drive and determination. The perfect candidate will be able to display a compassionate nature to their pupils and fellow Teaching Assistant. The right applicant will have the ability to relate to pupils who have special educational needs. The Headteacher wants to recruit a graduate with the understanding and patience to work well with the children within their care.
About the Role
As an Early Years Teaching Assistant your role will involve you working closely, on an individual basis, with a Reception child who has Global Delay Syndrome. This Early Years Teaching Assistant position involves able to approach a friendly and considerate leadership team. You will have the responsibility of practising in a team led by a committed H who often makes a substantial effort to include all team members from the very beginning.
