The successful Early Years Teacher will be creative and passionate about working with toddlers and assisting them in their first stage of educational and social development. You will be patient and resourceful in your role and will always ensure a positive, fun environment is upheld. The school are particularly interested in an Early Years Teacher who is considering moving into SLT in a few years.
In this role, the Early Years Teacher will be developing and implementing engaging lesson plans in accordance to the Early Years curriculum. It is important for the chosen teacher to always provide their pupils with a fun and safe environment that facilitates learning. Within the classroom, you will organize and supervise play and a range of learning activities from reading to music.
