This position would suit an innovative and consistent Chemistry Teacher who has a track record of 'Good' or better classroom practice and a wealth of ideas and techniques to maintain positivity in their class. About the Chemistry Teacher Role
In this Chemistry Teacher post you will be teaching and working as a crucial part of the community-feel Science faculty. Day-to-day, you will be leading classes of pupils from Key Stage 3 to Key Stage 5, ensuring all pupils are confident to sit their summer exams. In general, you will be broadening your knowledge and expanding your skill set through various training sessions and CPD opportunities. Your duties will include improving your teaching practice and approach through the instruction, support and tuition of an exceptional senior teacher. Day-to-day, you will be working with some incredible equipment and resources, including outdoor learning space. You will be supported in class by a full-time Teaching Assistant who is ready to prepare lessons and help manage the students. This Chemistry Teacher position involves teaching general science KS3 and 4 and Chemistry to KS5. You will become part of a wonderfully popular department, championed by pupils due to the innovative and exciting methods employed by the staff. Part of your role will include working with some exceptional teachers and support staff to make sure each and every pupil has a fair and proactive education.
