As a Chemistry Graduate, your role will be to support the teaching of Science, classroom, moving around the higher and lower ability groups. You will also be given a small group of around 10 students who will need your academic support with Chemistry course work and exam prep. The school is able to offer teacher training next year to chemistry graduates that show they have what it takes to become teachers within this high achieving school.
The school is looking for a chemistry graduate who wants to experience life as a teacher, someone who is willing to hit the ground running a truly is an asset to the Science Department. The school will require you to have a 2.2 or higher in your Chemistry degree from a UK University.
