***Opportunity to gain experience for an aspiring Counsellor/Educational Psychologist/Teacher/SENCO

Person Specification
We are looking for a purposeful graduate with the drive and dedication to inspire students with challenging behaviour. The Graduate Behaviour Mentor should have compassion towards the needs of the pupils, with the ability to build strong, positive relationships. You will be assertive and have the confidence to approach challenging situations and be a positive mentor to the students.

About the Role
•    Supporting KS3 students who are displaying challenging behaviour
•    Being a positive role model and mentoring students with targeted outcomes
•    Assisting and supporting the class teacher to with behaviour management
•    Leading 1:1 and small group interventions to support the development of pupils
•    Working with an invested SENCO as part of the talented inclusion team
•    Advancing your skill set through exciting CPD sessions
