Person Specification for Behaviour Mentor
You must be an assertive graduate who has a degree at a 2:2 or better and a good understanding of how to work with children based on experience gained from a similar role. You will provide an encouraging manner and a proactive approach to your position, keen to act as a positive role model. Ideally, the school need a graduate who is able to effectively communicate to all pupils regardless of background or ability.
About the Role for Behaviour Mentor
As a Behaviour Mentor you will be working in KS3 and KS4 (school-wide) and will be working with children that have challenging behaviour. You will be helping the class teacher to behaviour manage and lead small group tutors.
