You must be able to clearly demonstrate your passion and commitment to the development of SEN children. You will specifically be considering a career in SEN teaching and be looking to gain further experience working in a classroom setting before commencing teacher training. For this position you must hold a 2:2 or above a relevant degree so to be able to progress onto ITT.
The school are looking to meet with patient, calm and empathetic individuals who have a good understanding of SEN and are able to build strong relationships. The successful graduate will have ideas of how to encourage and engage their students so that they can achieve to the best of their ability.
