A large secondary school in Newham is building a team of Academic Mentors to support GCSE and KS3 pupils across its core subject areas. They would like to meet with English Graduates, Maths Graduates, Science Graduate and Humanities Graduates.
This Academic Mentor position is available for graduates who want to explore a career as a teacher helping you to gain full-time classroom experience.

The Headteacher wants to meet with graduates who are thinking about a career in education. It is essential for you to be able to lead and support the learning of GCSE and A level Students.
As an Academic Mentor, you will be working in the department that best suits your degree subject category. Part of your role will include devising lesson plan content under the direction of the class teachers. The main part of your role will be to deliver top quality support to KS3-KS5 pupils who require additional support helping them to achieve more in exams and course work.
