Premier Pathways is an innovative, two-year teacher training programme for graduates wanting a steady, salaried and comprehensive route into education. We know that two full years in a school will enable you to become a confident teacher, and coupled with our strong support network of tutors and mentors, you will emerge as an outstanding, capable practitioner.

 

Year 1 Teaching Assistant Apprenticeship (Level 3)

Year 2 PGCE and QTS with 60 Masters Credits

Entry criteria

  • A good degree from a leading university
  • GCSE English and Maths minimum grade C
  • GCSE Science minimum grade C (Primary only)
  • Minimum 3 A-Levels

 

How to apply

Apply to a specific school vacancy on the Premier Pathways website. Successful applicants will be asked to submit a pre-registration questionnaire and attend an assessment day. The assessment day takes place at one of our regional offices and usually takes around 45 minutes, the day will include; vetting checks and personal consultation.
