One of my client primary schools in south Birmingham has started the search early for two Newly Qualified Teachers (NQTs) to join them in September for the start of the new academic year.
The school have a need for Newly Qualified Teachers in Key stage 1 and 2 and are flexible with the year group depending on the skills and desire of the recruited NQTs.
All NQTs joining the school will be placed on their designated NQT Programme and will be given their own mentor. These measures are to ensure the successful transition from NQT to qualified teacher status in the summer of 2018.
This 2 form entry primary school has an extremely supportive senior leadership team who value the importance of nurturing new teachers. This is a good school that are consistently achieving results above the national average. The faculty team are extremely encouraging, supportive and welcome new teachers into the school with open arms. All classrooms have been fully refurbished with up to date equipment to benefit all pupils but also to make teaching easier and more effective for the teachers.
If this sounds of interest and you’re about to qualify as Primary NQT in the West Midlands please send in a copy of your CV to Patrick at Edustaff today.
