What is Premier Pathways?
Premier Pathways is a 2 year salaried Teacher Training Programme that develops your progress from a Graduate Teaching Assistant to a fully qualified Teacher with QTS and a PGCE from the University of Buckingham. It is open to Primary and Secondary Trainee Teachers and we are currently recruiting for our 2017-2019 cohort which starts in September 2017.

To be suitable to apply for Premier Pathways you should be a dynamic graduate who has received (or is on track) for a 2:1 in your degree and ideally holds previous experience working alongside children. You will need to have obtained a minimum of a C grade in your Maths, English and Science GCSEs to be eligible. You will be a graduate who can effectively interact with everyone at the school, including pupils, teachers, parents and governors. This vacancy is open to those who have a desire to be a Primary or Secondary teacher and an unwavering passion to succeed. You must have an honest belief in the value of a good education and be able to prove this by showing a constant focus on inclusive practice.
