Premier Pathways is an exciting new teacher training programme for exceptional graduates that is fully paid throughout the two years of the programme. We are currently looking for a Trainee Maths Teacher to join the programme from September. You will be awarded a PGCE and QTS.
Beginning the programme in a teaching support role you will receive training and support over the two years to become a confident, fully qualified Maths Teacher.

To be suitable for the role as a Trainee Maths Teacher, you will need the following:
• The drive and passion to become a Maths Teacher
• A degree in Maths or a similar subject
• A ‘C’ grade in GCSE English, Maths and Science
• Commitment to the programme and your pupils
• A high calibre graduate
The Programme - Trainee Maths Teacher – Gain a PGCE
The Premier Pathways Programme is ideal for someone looking to learn on the job as a Trainee Maths Teacher. With a paid salary, the Trainee Maths Teacher will start as a Maths Teaching Assistant within the school, getting to know the students, staff and how the school works.
The third term will see you start the PGCE element of the course, with a 50% timetable at the school, which will move to an 80% timetable in the Second Year.
