This large Primary school located in Edmonton which is part of Enfield, North London has just recently become part of a federation and is on a journey of improvement with its partner school. Due to an internal promotion the school is looking to appoint a Phase leader who has the experience to coordinate its Key Stage 2.

The school has a real mixture of students and has a high amount of EAL students that come from low socioeconomic backgrounds. The school works hard to bridge the gap between the student's entry and expected levels and by the time they level the school students achieve average results. The school is looking to vastly improve on this over the coming years and needs an inspirational leader to join in KS2.

The school is looking to appoint a coordinator who understands how to get the best out of their staff team. The successful candidate will be an organised person who is approachable and can motivate. They should have plenty of initiative and see this post as a stepping stone to achieving a leadership post.
