Reception Teacher required – January 2013 – Permanent role – Hackney, East London

This lovely 2 form entry school located in the heart of vibrant Hackney has over the last 3 years improved to such a level that it is now oversubscribed and regarded as one of the best Primary's in this part of London. From January they have a requirement for an experienced Reception teacher (although there may be an opportunity for an outstanding NQT).

The school is typical of many Hackney schools in that it has high numbers of EAL, SEN and free school meals students. The students are well behaved and respectful towards each other and their teachers. The school has 30 languages that are spoken and there is a real mixture of ethnic backgrounds.

The school is looking for a teacher that is highly creative, motivational and loves teaching EYFS. They are looking for a real team player that can work well within an established team that get along well together. The school is well resourced and has plenty of indoor/outdoor space.
