This lovely 1 Form Entry Primary School in Hillingdon is looking to appoint a Learning Support Assistant to work on a 1 to 1 basis with a Reception Class girl within a mainstream class. This young girl is newly statemented with ASD and multiple learning difficulties including mobility and speech & language and needs a high level of personal care. The child has no behavioural issues and responds well to visual learning aids.

The school has recently been issued with funding for 32 Apple i-Pads and this particular girl has responded extremely well to the delivery of the curriculum through such a medium.

Ideally the school is looking for a candidate who has some experience, but will consider graduates who are eager to commit to a long term placement. Any candidate will receive a great level of support from the Special Educational Needs team and will find an equally rewarding and challenging experience.

The school Head Teacher has a great respect for TA/ LSA's and actively encourages and supports the career progression of hard working and committed candidates.
