This large 3 form entry Primary located in a leafy part of the buzzing borough of Barking & Dagenham requires a new School Business Manager (SBM) at the earliest opportunity possible or September.

This school is well run and the outgoing SBM has left the school in a healthy state in terms of finances and the way administration is run. The school has recently received an outstanding at Ofsted and there are plenty of ambitious plans to continue the progress made. The school has exciting plans to expand its partnerships with other local schools and wants to continue to improve.

As a SBM at a busy Primary you will need to be a well organised candidate that has no issue getting involved with whatever is required. The main areas of your duty will be finance, premise management, HR and contracts, recruitment and administration.

The role is offered on a long term basis covering sickness but may develop into a permanent role. The school would prefer someone who holds the CSBM although an opportunity to do this course may be offered to a candidate with outstanding potential in return for a minimum commitment.
