My experience with EduStaff has been extremely positive.  I have used the company to find suitable classroom-based support staff such as Learning Support Assistants and Cover Supervisors, and the quality of the graduates they have selected has been very good indeed. The experienced, professional and capable EduStaff consultants carefully filter candidates prior to submitting their details for consideration so that there is a good match of candidate to person specification; candidates are then well-briefed prior to interview so that the whole process goes as smoothly as possible. Whilst successful candidates have not always stayed the course, the fact that EduStaff only works with long-term placements means that the retention rate is better than that of other agencies in my experience.  Where a candidate doesn't work out, the EduStaff consultants are swift to find a suitable replacement, or to acknowledge that they have no one suitable on their books at that time.

I approached Edustaff for the first time in June 2010 as we were seeking to appoint a number of Learning Support Assistants. I was immediately impressed by the speed and efficiency of their response. Edustaff had a number of well qualified graduates wishing to gain work experience for a year in a school prior to taking up PGCE courses. My point of contact was Jonathan Sammons, who grasped quickly the nature and ethos of my college and was able to match potential candidates to our needs.   Edustaff prepared suitable candidates very well for interview. They all displayed an impressive understand of the roles they would fulfil and had researched the college well. We happily engaged 5 of them as Learning Support Assistants. The necessary CRB checks and references were provided in good time by Edustaff.   I have been very happy with the ongoing monitoring and support provided by Edustaff. The quality of our LSAs is outstanding and they have all proved to be a real asset to the college.
